A Note on Trash in Madison

I am differentiating trash from garbage here. In Madison, trash is picked up by the city. Trash is yard waste, tree limbs, old appliances and furniture, etc. Garbage is household waste like uneaten food, etc. Garbage is picked up by the county. The fee for garbage is added to the power bill. So we're stuck with trash and garbage fees!
